    What are the deminsions for the triangles? I remember that someone has already posted that information but darned if I can find it!

    It was me who posted the triangle sizes and I was wrong, but got corrected, so here are the correct sizes

    Triangles - 5" x 8".

    This, is I am sure correct. Klue will give me a slap I am sure if I am wrong :? :D

    Phyllis, you can do your dear Jane any way you would like to, its your quilt so anything goes. I kinda like those triangles, yet another challenge for me.

    Actually that is how I intend to make them...as a challange. And also, as someone mentioned, they can always be pieced by hand.

    I think she may have done this to maintain HER sanity - - -

    I'm not at all sure about the rest of us, though

    There are pictures in the book of various quilts using the Jane type blocks - some only use some of the blocks, one used only the triangles - it might be worth borrowing the book just to look at the pictures and see that even under the watchful eye of Brenda P that MANY variations were made.

    If you are looking for a how-to on the construction of a particular block - not there.

    There is some useful general info at the beginning of the book - use a sharp/new rotary blade, accuracy is important, a little bit about hand piecing, etc.

    i agree, the software is the better option if you want to make the quilt.

    there will be tutes on the harder blocks.
